Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in EGP unless stated otherwise and may change from time to time.
If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will contact you and arrange the appropriate refund.
Our Pieces
We take care to represent every piece as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, fabric dye, or the natural character of the material.
Small variations in handmade or individually produced pieces are part of their unique nature and are not considered defects.
Custom & Made-to-Order
Custom pieces are created especially for you, based on your confirmed measurements, fabric choices, and design details.
Please make sure all measurements and information provided are accurate. Once production or fabric sourcing begins, changes may not always be possible and may involve additional costs or time.
Because these pieces are made especially for you, custom, personalized, altered, embroidered, and made-to-measure items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a confirmed production error or defect.
Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on production, customization, destination, courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Please make sure your delivery details are complete and accurate.
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Returns & Exchanges
For eligible ready-to-wear pieces, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with their original tags attached and returned in their original condition.
Custom-made, personalized, altered, made-to-measure, final-sale, or worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Something Isn’t Right?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery, with your order details and clear photos or videos.
Once reviewed and confirmed, we’ll arrange the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Our Designs
Every Mika Allam design, sketch, pattern, photograph, video, logo, and creative concept is part of our intellectual property.
Purchasing a piece means owning the garment—not the right to copy, reproduce, manufacture, or commercially use its design.
Custom sketches, patterns, and concepts may not be shared with another designer, tailor, manufacturer, or business for reproduction without our written permission.
Promotions
Discounts and promotional codes may have their own conditions and may exclude custom pieces or previous purchases. Unless stated otherwise, only one promotional code may be used per order.
Privacy & Website Use
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please use our website lawfully and respectfully. Website information, availability, and pricing may occasionally be corrected or updated.
A Final Note
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, with disputes subject to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
We may occasionally update these terms as our services evolve. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
