If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos where needed.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Exchanges are available if you receive the wrong size.
Pieces must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached and will be inspected once returned to our atelier.
Ordered the wrong size? Get in touch and we’ll do our best to help where possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed through the applicable payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Customized pieces, custom sizes, and sale/final-sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
